You'll meet other climbers there even in the off season and there's usually some climber themed accom near the bigger sectors. There's gonna be a full range of grades wherever you go and at the end of the day you'll get to hang out in China! Also Limestone = Awesome
There is an English guide book published by a group of dedicated climbers and developers in China! I have climbed in Baihe near Beijing quite a bit and been wanting to check out Guoliang, Yangshuo and Liming next time I visit. The climbing/ culture and overall experience is amazing! Although navigating in China can be a challenge especially when you venture out of the tourist centres to the wilderness, I do recommend going with someone who at least speaks the language if not a guide. https://climbchina.herokuapp.com
