National Property Inspections (Ricky Anderson), Jason... only ones I know who use the inferred camera - especially to inspect the walls and sink areas. You want to make sure all the insulation is in and distributed properly in a new build before you hand over your $$$ to the builder. There are a good deal of inspectors out there... but none of them can see through sheetrock! LOL
