I'm an insurance agent and I can give you the answer. #SurpriseInsuranceAgent The law in AZ is that every company has to offer glass replacement coverage. Your glass coverage is covered under your comprehensive coverage. Under comprehensive coverage you usually have a deductible of $250, $500, or $1,000. So if your glass breaks you would be responsible for the first dollar amount or deductible then the insurance company pays the rest. You can purchase zero deductible glass coverage for an additional premium. FYI, the insurance companies are working on removing this law. But as of now they have to offer the coverage.
