Is your Vitamin D level listed in the bloodwork? Quite a few people (vegan and non-vegan) feel fatigued if they don't get enough dietary vitamin D. I occasionally take a vegan vitamin D3 supplement in the winter, when I'm not getting much sun. When I get plenty of sun exposure, I assume I produce enough vitamin D internally that I don't need a supplement. Most Americans get vitamin D supplements through fortified animal products (cows' milk has vitamin D added, and chicken feed is fortified with Vitamin D to increase the content in the chickens' eggs). http://www.veganhealth.org/articles/bones#recvitd
