Just purchased ours recently from Pioneer Oil. They were recommended to us a few years ago when we were getting quotes for a new boiler. They weren't the least expensive, but we were impressed. Have been using them ever since for all related needs.

It's an electric water heater that uses WAY less electricity. It uses a regular heat coil but also uses the ambient air to warm the water. Our electric bill went down over $100/mo by switching. They are pricier but with the $750 rebate (mass saves) it wasn't. http://m.lowes.com/pd/GE-GeoSpring-50-Gallon-10-Year-Hybrid-Water-Heater-ENERGY-STAR/50335967
