I work as an OT in the inpatient unit at Glancy Rehab in Duluth. We offer a neuro outpatient program (specializes in stroke rehab), which I highly recommend. They take patients with no insurance all the time and usually can cut you a deal. If she is able to get in and out of a car and travel to an outpatient program, she will be better off doing this than home therapy (my opinion). If you have any questions feel free to PM me.
