I've been to both Eric and Lisa and wasn't thrilled with my highlights or cut, but granted I'm picky. Toni & Guy in Shanghai is pricier but I felt the quality was worth the trip and the cash.

I have baby-fine hair that needs to be colored. Had a Chinese stylist fry it once because it so different to Chinese hair. Would Lisa or Eric be good places to go?
