There is a new physio clinic in the sylvan medical centre kitty corner to DQ and Golden Horizons Wellness Centre is in the same building on the second floor. Golden Horizons has two RMTs with 2200 hrs and they will work with the physio's in the building their number is 403-887-3883 and they have the number for the physio clinic that they will give you.

I haven't tried everyone but out of those I have I would have to say Kelsey at Pure Hair Studio and Wellness Spa! I was a massage therapist for over a decade and suffer from chronic pain and Fibromyalgia the past 5 years. It can be hard to find a therapist that is empathic enough to not hurt you but still get a deep enough massage. Kelsey is the therapist for that. It's been the first time in years that Ive felt great afterwards without bruising and pain. Incredibly thorough and intuitive with warming the muscles up and helping me release. I could go on and on. I think she's a really special therapist and highly recommend. Just remember to always have an open dialogue with your therapist to get the best experience for both you. It makes a world of difference.
