I don't believe Dr Mackenzie is taking any new patients but he is amazing. My daughter loves going to see him. He even calls to check up on her between visits if something urgent happens

You could try contacting your previous pediatrician and have them refer you to a new one in the area. I would definitely ask for Dr. Du Plooy.

The Sylvan Lake Medical Clinic at 50 th and 50 th. Has a new Dr that is accepting new patients. his name Is Dr. MacCommel.I had inquired in Aug if they were accepting new patients and they told me to call the beginning of Sept as a new dr was starting I have been looking for a family dr since we moved here in July. I just happen to ask at the right time As his 1 st day was Sept 22.I had my 1 st appt with him at 9:10 that day and he took on my husband and 2 girls as well. Call them as I am sure he will fill up fast! He is a really NICE dr who LISTENED as I gave him a quick run-down of my extensive health issues. That was Monday-I need an u/s and a referal to see a neurologist-today is Thursday and the U/S is booked and a referal has been sent off to a Neurlogist in Calgary. Back east it would of been begging and pleading to have those tests done!!
