Hey! I have 10 hours to kill in downtown Vancouver on Friday. Any recommendations for beer places I have to stop?

if you're staying downtown https://www.twitter.com/butcherandbull has a good Happy Hour and The Lions Pub has a great tap list!
I love The Keg also, but State and Main is very good too.:)

I like State and Main. I also had a good meal at The Red Stone. And Sisho if you want sushi. Or it's called Shiso - not sure of the spelling.

Browns social house on the east side is good food. And I have heard the pub in the south end that's new has good food. I think it's called Fions Macccols.

The Salad Rolls are amazing, they have them here at Bamboo Hut
Can someone suggest a good restaurant here in sylvan to go out for a decent dinner with children? Thanks:)
Andrea H. replied:
If I am understanding the question correctly, you are looking for quality food, there's not really anything in Sylvan that is at the level of the Keg or even Earls but Bravo now allows kids until 8 pm and I do like the atmosphere there. Food is not bad also Bamboo Hut has awesome food and will make plain steamed veg and rice or noodles for kids. My 2 year old loves the spring rolls with peanut sauce.
