Long Island Animal Surgery in Patchogue, Dr. Mary is supposed to be fantastic, and she does not overcharge.

Long Island Vet Specialists (LIVS) in Plainview. Bring the deed to your house and car for payment, but it's worth every penny. If your dog needs to stay overnight for any reason, they actually assign a case manager to you to keep in touch.

Dr. Carb at NY vet specialty center in farmingdale. My lab had TPLO knee surgery several years ago and she is doing great. They have 24 hrs docs as well and took calls at all hours. We have also been to LIVS for emergency surgery and they took wonderful care of her- saved her life! I would get several opinions.

Long Island Vet specialists (LIVS) for sure. They are amazing. Ive used them personally. They are right off LIE in Plainview.

Dr. Lesser at New York Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center on route 110 in Farmingdale -- he did AMAZING work on my dog, and I've heard from numerous vets that he's considered the best ortho guy on Long Island.
