We have used Learn as you Grow for years and have been really happy with them.

I know we've chatted on /r/babybumps and it's unfortunate that you are on the other side of town as we found a nice lady in our area who has open infant spots. I used [NYS Child & Family Services](http://www.ocfs.state.ny.us/main/childcare/looking.asp) website to look up day care providers by zip code and school district. There should be phone numbers and information about any violations that occurred in the past two years.

The Gingerbread House is a great place: http://www.thegingerbreadhouseofsyracuse.com/ though the waiting list might be long.

Gingerbread house I have heard great things about. There's one on 57 in Liverpool that I forgot what it's called, but it's between Soule and rt 31; I have also heard good things about this one. I would not do tutor time at Great Northern, I was told that they had a lot of violations and were on the verge of being shut down.

I know a private one that does it out of her house and takes infants I believe. It's in Lakeland, PM me if you're interested

Check out www.childcaresolutionscn.org. They might be able to get you some name and such for day care. We are going to use Learn as you Grow.

What side of town are you on? We just had a little girl in October. We live on the East Side and I work downtown so we looked at Little Lukes (DeWitt), the one in the Federal Building (downtown), Jewish Community Center (DeWitt) and Rothchilds (University area). We checked them out last summer. We are still on waiting lists for all of them. I really liked Little Lukes and the one Downtown. We ended up finding a woman on Craigslist and it is working out great. Good luck!
Just call the gym. 452-3261 I want to say playroom hours are 8:45-11:00 or 11:30 Mon-Fri It is open on Sat and the first class is at 8:30. Playroom closed on Sundays and if there is a two hr delay with N Syr schools they close. Hope that helps:)
