This may be a good starting place if you haven't looked here already. You can narrow down by area of expertise, location, insurance, etc. There's also photos and a small bio for each therapist. [https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists](https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists)

If you do a provider search on [ExcellusBCBS.com](https://ExcellusBCBS.com) you can get a list of those who are in network in the Rochester area. Then look them up on psychology today for ratings. It's a website that shows their credentials, specialties, etc. My boyfriend did this and found a wonderful psychologist that helped him a lot. His needs were different than yours though.

Both my psychologist and psychiatrist are with Linden Oaks Therapy, I have been going there for 5 years for dysthymia, anxiety, and ADHD. They accept Excellus BCBS https://www.lindenoakstherapyoffices.com
