We used Backyard Garden Florist in Fayetteville - might not be inexpensive, but they were amazing. For DJ I would recommend Main Event Music.

Swanson closed long ago. My favorite florist is in Ossining Rubrums .http://www.rubrumsflorist.com/ they will do a really great job and go beyond the ordinary. They will do typical if you wish or if you tell them what you want or ask for special it will be special. Only florist in Croton is in Harmon and they are very nice. Croton Florist.
