You can do most yourself Just time. I won't lie tile I'm not an expert on but done a little here and there and have a tile saw if you want to borrow. And try your hand at it just make sure you have the proper backing. And know your thickness on the valves. Are you selling or this a house you living in? We have a tile kit you can borrow after we finish our bathroom project. We have tiled about half the house, so Dan Kexel can give you lots of advice and such. It's not as hard as it seems.

Out from under. Laminate flooring swells like a sponge if it gets wet underneath. Finally, don't cut corners... You'll regret it later. That's what I learned in three rooms.
