Yes, Craig O'Hanlon- same guy, but he doesn't do Masonry work anymore- he sold the company to his partner. He tunes our pianos, we also have another guy, but looks like you have lots of choices.

I'd recommend James Snyder or Dan Skelley; both are much closer to Tacoma (I'm in West Seattle). They are both experienced Registered Piano Technicians.

I just sent you my book requests, but if you have any interest in pianos, you should definitely read The Piano Shop on the Left Bank, it tells you all about the history of pianos within the story, it's really well written.
