Bear Wood Windows is one that does it... if you have Facebook, search “windows” in the North Slope Historic District group and you should find others. If it’s just the sash weights you could try YouTubing it and fixing yourself — you need to remove the trim as the below person said but you should be able to replace it easily enough. They have replacement sash weights at Earthwise and clothesline cord works for the cord.

Yea if the trap doors haven't been painted over with years of leaded paint. Should be a breeze...

McClendons has new sash cord and weights. Just pop your traps and replace. It takes like 20 mins a window if they aren't painted shut.

Mmmm sounds expensive to restore. So are you looking to get the windows functioning again? Open & close? If so you would have to tear out the window frame to remove the old lead weights and at that point your better off just replacing with more efficient windows.
Looking for a recommendation for a handyman who specializes in restoring old (original to the house) windows.

Good luck. Don't go with Windows and Roof Depot. The guy is nice, but wouldn't give an exact estimate (just an hourly cost without materials) and when pressed said it could cost a few thousand per window.
