It's easier to find size 12 in Taipei but I've also ordered 3 or 4 pairs of 12's off ruten.com.tw

All of the stores told me "Sorry, we don't have shoes for girls in that size"...I'll have to go to "Yi-chung" (I think that's the one you went?) night market to check then.
