Au Peche Mignon in Market Square is your best bet. Otherwise, Whole Foods or Earth Fare have some decent offerings from time to time. I typically ask for a frozen, par-baked loaf from their freezer, then pop it in the oven at home.

You guys should road trip up to the Bread Wagon in Thomasville. It's an Amish bakery that's about a 45 minute drive from town. There are also a ton of antique stores in Thomasville and the downtown area is very quaint and historic. Stop by sweet grass dairy's cheese shop too!
