Some teachers and studios around town that I would suggest are Monique Parker at Taos Yoga Therapy and Kirstie Segarra at Santosha Yoga. Both studios are very focused on yoga therapy and restorative yoga. They use a lot of props and modification for a safe, mindful practice. And if you show up early to class and discuss with them, I'm sure they would create a safe space for you to learn. We are so fortunate in this town to have an abundance of teachers who focus their practices in this way. Congratulations and welcome!

Sat Nam! Yes! 126 Plaza drive, next to US Bank, the schedule can be found in the Taos kundalini Facebook Page, and soon schedules will be around town. For ease, its this: Sundays 10:30 am Wednesdays 8 am and 6:30 pm Fridays 8 am We will also have guest teachers, special workshops, and some other locals offerings including Nia with Jamie Rose tuesdays 10:30 and Serpent Yoga with Sunisa Tuesdays 5 pm.
