Not sure if these places will tell you but I had seen when I worked at Lombardo's years ago that you could get the top real to save for the 1 yr anniversary and then bottom 2 nd or 3 rd or whatever is all fake then have a piece in back to cut on a plate and sheet cake out back to be served. I don't know where those bakeries where though... I had seen this company on that show Shark Tank last week.
