Cassiopeia in Herzliya Pituach is a wonderful venue, overlooking the sea, with a unique menu - they have a Brazilian format (the only place in Israel who do it, as far as I know). 200 guests is a good size for them, it won't be too big (but they can easily take more, so it won't be cramped either) and the dancefloor's big. I got married at Meirhoff Gallery in the winter and it was amazing. It's located in central TLV and offers free parking to guests. The max capacity is 220 and we found it to be far cheaper than most other venues. The food is incredible and the staff was beyond nice and accommodating. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

if you would like we can host your wedding at the tel aviv international synagogue. if it is nice weather we have a courtyard if it is raining we can remove it inside. it is on frishman so it is the middle of tel aviv and close to all the hotels. Plus Rabbi Ariel Konstantyn is the rabbi at the shul and people always ask him to marry them.
