we had the same issue on our GE fridge. he pinpointed the issue and I went on this website [ http://appliancepartspros.com/ ] punched in the model number of the fridge and ordered the recommended part and installed myself [thanks to video tutorials on the website]

So reasonable and very honest and fixed the dryer within a few minutes. He actually had the part with him! We will use him from now on! Thanks again for the excellent referral.
