Antonio Mendoza - good point however it's been my experience that anyone other than a qualified roofer shouldn't do any repair work to a roof; even as simple as a broken tile because there could be other damage underneath and an average handyman doesn't have the experience to identify other problems once they're up there. Besides walking on the roof could cause further damage...that's why most good home inspectors won't even get up there any more and only visually inspect the roof. Armando will get up there and provide a free assessment and fix a few broken tiles very inexpensively... And then you don't have to risk causing further damage to the property or other problems going unnoticed.
