There’s a shop in Tempe on mill and baseline called Male Ego. My guys is named Clint, 480 831 1910. I don’t have a very full beard, but he makes magic with it. Lots of grooming tips and not to mention the place is really cool and has a coffee shop attached. Check it out

I have had many issues finding good beard barbers. I find them and they close a few years later, leaving me looking for a place while getting unsatisfactory trims.
So, now i have found a place, with 3 barbers that i love and completely trust with my beard. Scottsdale and thunderbird. Gold scissors. I trust the owner, who may have some OCD as he is extremely meticulous with his work. My favorite guy is Albert, he does great work. And there is 1 other guy who I don't remember his name, havebt seen him in a while either, but only worked sundays and have not been in sunday in a long while.
There is also a nice lady, she has done my beard 3 times, first time wasnt so great but not horrible. Second time was great, third was not so great. I generally avoid her and feel bad about it but ya, great place.
You can even bring in a drink too. Sometimes on holidays they will have some hard booze to offer too.

Altered Ego at Baseline and Mill does men's cuts and beard trimming. I know they used to have a separate section for men's grooming with all kinds of specialty beard care products, but I don't know if they still do. They do currently list beard trims on their [website](http://alteredegosalon.com).
