Public Self Storage has a move in special for $1 for a month and will prorate it if move in the middle of the month so technically if you moved out before the end of the month you cost could possibly be $1 plus admin charges/insurance. I've always used https://www.bringfido.com/ for researching pet friendly hotels! I've never needed a pet friendly hotel in tempe but i've used them in the past for other cities and the reviews tend to be spot on. Plus it gives you details such as the fee and the max weight the hotels take.
