Ethics is 1-800-925-6278. But know they will ask if you've spoken to your club manager. Also have you spoken to your manager? If they said yeah it's fine and now it's not ask why. Bring up they okayed it and you bought plane tickets because they said it would be approved. If that does not work speak with your Club manager.

Sounds like a Miscommunication...just go to the Club Manager & say "I think there is some confusion" and explain to him or her. At my club we have lotsa days it's painfully obvious the left hand doesn't have any idea what the right hand is doing.
