Lisa Walker has a class at the Catholic high school on Wednesday but I'll have to check the time. It's free or any donation to the church.

Hey, Kat My community class is 6 pm Wed.@Holy Trinity Catholic High auditorium. All are welcome! I would also recommend Temple Yoga on 31 st Street. A wonderful community of folks you would blend with well. Even your children: )
