Moose suffers from this problem, too. This Pawfriction was good but wore off quickly and the cost of refills was prohibitive. (I also worried about licking but Moose did not seem to do that). https://www.amazon.com/Pawfriction-PawFriction/dp/B013JL97DM/ref=sr_1_1?m=A1LN2E11EOX327&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1493932032&sr=1-1

Spray stuff wore off too fast. So now we are using Topstick https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017Q19UHY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which also wears off and again, Moose does not seem interested in eating it. However, I would love to see other suggestions.

MJ Lonero I hope someone can help you on a food suggestion. I use Holistic Select Grain Free Salmon and it has done wonders for my boy with other health issues. But I have never personally dealt with interdigital cysts before. I did do some reading and it seems that bulldog people use epsom salts treatment a lot for it. This forum, especially had some great info on it and she laid out the treatment that she did and had success with on her own dog. Perhaps you can find something helpful from it. Best of luck! Sorry your boy is having to deal with this. http://www.englishbulldognews.com/content.php?617-Interdigital-Furuncle-Interdigital-Cyst

We had to put our BM on Apoquel due to very bad allergies. They got worse after age 2. No chin acne, but interdigital cysts & other skin issues. Fed Taste of the Wild Salmon & raw diet. We tried soaks and anti fungal wipes, but I hate to say it the meds seem to work best. Best of luck.
