I can only say from slipped disc experience.. I have had it all! I find a combination works best for me but acupuncture is amazing. I go to kemerton nr. Bredon and see Linda Gaiderman.. Not only is she just lovely she's fab too. She alternates my treatment with massage too. Back into action at Pamington are fab, as is Tracey at bespoke treatment. Oh, and keep moving... Probably the hardest but best thing to do. http://www.bespoketreatment.co.ukhttp://www.linda-acupuncture.com/contact.htmlhttp://www.backintoaction.co.uk

Ask to be referred to an Exoskeletal specialist. They are based at Tewkesbury hospital. Treated for 14 years for back/discs problems. Found out I had been living with a badly fractured pelvis which had healed in the wrong position! Am now pain free and walking. The team were brilliant and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment.

Mark Lester at The Carlton Clinic in Rodney Rd Cheltenham is a chiropractor and acupuncturist... I’ve been treated there and it worked for me. He incorporates the two treatments. And no, the acupuncture doesn’t hurt!

The Acupuncture Clinic in Kemerton. Linda is really good. I’m sure there’s also one who goes to Tewkesbury Hospital and you pay a contribution that you can afford.
