Dawn Stiles-Oldring is an excellent interior designer with very reasonable rates (she helped us to redo the inside of our house on a small budget, and I think she SAVED us money by helping us get her professional discounts!). I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but we found her very helpful and personable smile emoticon
