Hi I'm looking if anyone knows of a personal trainer who i can ask for some advice? Thanks
Andrew H. replied:
It depends what your after, my training is based around Boxing Fitness and Kettlebell Training, the sessions are intense but great for some of the main goals - fitness, weight loss, toning and stress relief. I do offer advice on nutrition and other areas but I think if you want a PT who will be really thorough with this Nick Openshaw at body bionics or Henna Hibberd at Berkshire fitness are worth speaking to. https://www.facebook.com/ATHPersonalTraininghttp://www.athnutrition.co.uk/3.html
