I''ve used dr. Shannon Floyd who is in one of the buildings just behind 466 not far from the Publix shopping center and is with the Villages United Health Care Medicare Advantage plan. She's young but thst didnt show as being a disadvantage at all... she's very professional, very good and very personable.
Sue L. replied:
Patriot Podiatry, Dr Marcus Frey 352 350 2095, I was referred to him by Dr Duke because Dr Duke doesn't do feet and ankles.
We are looking for a good podiatrist. Have any of you, fellow Villagers been to Dr. Timothy Henne, Dr. Richard Benjamin, or Dr Markus Frey. They are all on our insurance...
Lina C. replied:
Have used Dr. Benjamin for the past 8 years. Very thorough. Did major surgery on my ankle as well as some other minor toe issues before they could become major problems. Would recommend
Nancy M. replied:
Tri County Podiatry, Dr. Esary or Dr. Wu. They eventually (next year) have an office down near Colony Plaza.
Robin P. replied:
Definitely Tri-County! Have only used Dr. Esarey. Wonderful!!
Michele B. replied:
Not Dr Benjamin went to him twice and that was two times to many. Then I found Dr Wu and that practice.
Sharon M. replied:
Tri County with me to. Dr. Esarey is the best!
Roberta T. replied:
Tri-county podiatry was highly recommended to us. Unfortunately when I called they told me they do not take HMO insurance. That makes us very unhappy. Thank you Lina for telling us about your experience with Dr. Benjamin. I would appreciate a post from any other person who have used any of the doctors that I posted. We also want to thank those of you who responded about Tri county. We only wish we could go there.
Has anyone had Dr. Richard Benjamin or Dr. Michele McGowan or Dr. Floyd, as their Podiatrist? I have to find a good one that honors an HMO insurance. Thanks.
Barbara M. replied:
Dr. Floyd rocks. Staff great, doctor is on time but also makes you feel like you were her only appointment.
