Heather someone told me Dr Melancon and Dr Gonzales were not excepting new patients but that the rest of the group was. We see dr Melancon but we have also seen Dr Hebert, dr lim, and dr leoni in that group and they are all awesome.

Ours isn't in the Broussard area she has a group with 4 other doctors in Lafayette across from Lafayette General but she's the absolute best to me! Dr. Elizabeth Melancon. Elijah loves her and she's so sweet, so soft with him she's amazing! We've had to see a couple others from the practice in on call situations and they are all so caring and helpful!

Dr Elizabeth Melancon is ours too. Since Jacob was born. Love her.

Dr. Melancon (and her associates) are the best. That's who we used when we lived in Lafayette and Broussard. We've moved twice since then and there is just not a comparable group of doctors anywhere ):

Heather, we use Dr. Hebert who's in the same group with Dr. Melancon. We've also seen Dr. Lim several times. You really can't go wrong with anyone in that group. They're all fantastic.

Ko goes to Dr Bailey on ambassador. Absolutely LOVE him. He has 4 kids of his own and very understanding.

Dr Bruno same one your mom uses

Dr Bruno had a long waiting list till appointment and dr bailey is only accepting newborns . Aggghhh lol!

Hey Wayne Daigle ! Lol. No I work for coastal urgent care, not with Dr. King. It's a bunch of the providers that I worked with from Thibodaux's ER and Chabert's ER. Great stuff.

Well here's the deal with that-- you should know whether or not your pediatrician is associated with a particular hospital or hospitals. If that ever comes up, and they say "oh.. Dr. Whoever admits my patients for me at XYZ hospital." That is the point where you ask, "Why don't you have admitting privileges on your own?"

Oh no!!! Nope. I'm working at both Thibodaux and Houma's Coastal Urgent Cares. I'm back in school getting my masters and the ER wasn't the best place for me to be doing anything else besides work myself to death.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Michael Watkins in Houma. He is awesome!!!
