Sounds like something similar I heard from a friend. She went to see the Chiro, who explained that there's a spot on the back, just above mid-torso, left side, more towards the center of the left shoulder blade's bottom area, that acts like "Grand Central Station" to the rest of your body's nerves.

Chiro was good - I have used Dr. Sally Brown with fantastic results in the past, but living in Waterford, it's just very hard to go all the way to Racine, especially in an emergency situation, unless I'm already there tuning. So I used Dr. Bruesewitz in Burlington for the first time. He was referred by my awesome massage therapist. Very excellent, similar technique to Sally. We didn't have time for a full length exam, but it looks like I may have herniated disc(s), probably C5 & C6. I'm going to probably end up doing some decompression therapy. Whatever it takes to avoid surgery. I've been icing often, and popping pills as little as possible
