I like Everett St. Auto in downtown Portland, but they're kind of expensive and you normally have to leave your car there most of the day because they're always so busy. Clutch Doctors in Beaverton got really good Yelp reviews so I took my car there for my last oil change. They definitely lived up to their reviews.
