Peggy S. replied:
Another vote for Dr. Baker as dentist! He just took the old Smith Funeral Home and turned it into a nice new office. Kudos to him for not building a new building and for making use of what Titusville already had. It certainly doesn't look like a funeral home anymore on the inside.

Jo C. replied:
Dr. Delvadia on Highway 50. He is efficient, makes good decisions quickly (that should have been makes good diagnoses quickly), follows through and checks up daily with patients in the hospital, and refers to a specialist quickly if symptoms are out of his realm of expertise. He was my mother's doctor from 2004 until her death at 93 this past April. He is my, my brother, and my daughter's doctor now; and I think he is an excellent doctor.

I am very glad to see this thread because I've been a patient of Dr. Flaherty at Royal Oaks for a very long time, and I think very highly of him, but it is becoming harder and harder to see him, and I don't have any wish to see his partners. So I'll also be looking for a new doctor at some point.

I have dealt with a lot of Dr.s in this area, the older ones do not listen to you. I am seeing Dr. Flick in PSJ, she is good. Delvadia is ok, as long as you have insurance, he dropped me as a patient as soon as I lost my insurance. Good luck sweetie.

Could anyone recommend a doctor and also a pediatrician that leans more towards natural remedies. Or at least does not jump straight to medications.
Judy H. replied:
If you want an all natural place to go, Cranberry Wellneas center is in the mall (across from Joann fabrics) or i was going to an herbalist out near cooperatown, she was very nice, but money just got too tight for us.
Faith T. replied:
The folks at Hope Pediatrics out in Seneca seem pretty open to alternatives. At least they are willing to listen and try it my way first. And they haven't laughed me out of the place or told me that my children will die when I tell them I am treating them with essential oils for something. They also believe in chiropractics, and other "alternative" methods of treatment.
Allison L. replied:
I personally LOVE Dr. Gidor at Oak St Peds in Titusville. I have moved all over when my husband was in the Army and I have never had a dr that listened to me and understood my concerns more than her.
