I had a wonderful experience with All pro Garage doors. Precision, who I bought my garage door and opener from, said I needed a completely new opener system. All Pro Garage Doors installed something that changed the frequency of the opener, gave me a new remote control, and I was good to go spending a fraction of the money Precision would've charged.

Cindy, do not call Precision. They put in my door and were great back then. The owner wrote something that I would have free service forever because I upgraded. Last year I had a problem and they told me that there have been two owner changes and they would not honor my letter. I had dropped the remote control for the opener and it broke. Radio shack taped it together and got it to work, but eventually it stopped working. Precison said I needed a completely new garage door opener because the frequency is now owned by the military.They said I'd have to pay a service call, and for the new opener (I only needed a remote control) I called All Pro Garage doors which had an excellent Angie's list rating. The guy told me he could add something to my garage door opener to just change the frequency, and he gave me a new garage door remote. I can not recommend All Pro more highly. It cost me a tiny fraction of what Precision said they'd charge.
