I am not sure, I paid mine on a credit card, but the number is (419) 473-2707. katie heard the horror stories from al her friends and said it was not bad at all~~~~ They were really good with details and things to do to keep the pain to a minimum!!! :) Hope this helps!!!

I read here that family medical center does restorative oral surgery at their lewis ave location too on a sliding scale. I went there when I was in college and got sick with pneumonia and had no insurance. http://www.familymedicalmi.org/3.html

Jackie, I have done that. they are the ones wanting $1200 above what insurance pays and the one down in the same bldg as me wanted $900 which was Dr. Shall and they were charging me for things that were not necessarry. They had wanted to charge me for a panaramic x-ray when in fact i brought it in to them from the dentist. So I dont trust them
