My sis Ellie did Zumba with me a few weeks ago and aggravated existing injury. She has been to Chiro's over the years, but just went to Rothman group in Manahawkin( I think associtaed with Jefferson Hosp. in Philly) Physical Therapy now. She's been icing for weeks now and rest. I love Acupuncture which decreases inflammation...Keith Kohler Brick!

He is worth the ride, you can try Dr Bade on Indian Hill and Hooper he was the Giants Ortho guy back in the day, those are the only two I would def recommend especially with the back. But Reich is the best
