Doreen your right. North Caroline Baptist have done hundreds and hundreds of homes on the island the past few months and doing a great job with no issues. I highly recommend them to save the homeowners $$. Casandra, his number is 919-370-6545 If they want to pay I recommend Hydroscience that Diana Kochan used. Also, a couple of homeowners informed me that after paying to have mold treated, it came back.

Action Pest- been using them for years and love them. Switched to them after another company said I had termites in the crawl space. Although terrified of closed spaces, I went in there and found nothing. Called Action for a second opinion and they agreed- nothing. But the other company wanted to charge me thousands and thousands for remediation for a termite infestation that I didn't have.

We have been fighting them for more than a year. Use Diatomaceous Earth. It really works. Spread it around the foundation.. It's not harmful to pets or you but one it gets wet it's useless so after a rain you have to re do. I get nuts and put it next to the baseboards inside!
