Steve Ostapowicz (SAO Property Maintenance)--He did a service upgrade and circuit breakers, new outlets, replacement lights. The home inspector was impressed when I sold the house. Steve comes with his own drop cloth and doesn't leave a mess. Will look for the phone number.

If it is a (3) light bulb fixture you can just get replacement at Home Depot or Lowe's for around $25-$30, easiest remedy
