I hired Pat Dinwiddie to paint our house. He and his son own D & D Painting and Repair, and they had done work for my son and his father-in-law. He's not cheap, but reasonable I think, and did a great job all around--power washed the house and deck, re-caulked all joints, removed all loose paint, etc. He does interior work, too.
