Ha ha! Dave Nash my original post was going to be 'fix a heated towel rail' but that just sounded as though I had one that was broken. Neal, Mel Woolfe has looked at it for me and it's just a plug-in one, not to be used with a central heating system. He even suggested himself that I use a DIY person because it would probably be cheaper than him.
