We used PJ Fitzpatrick. We had some lower estimates and some higher estimates. PJF has a 100% warranty for as long as you own the house and the next owner owns the house. Good selling point.

E.Baumann Contracting has a smaller team, therefore less overhead, and better prices. I can almost guarantee they will get it done with a better price, and sooner than any of the big guys out there, while still being insured and what not. Kirkin roofing did our roof and I was very happy with the results. We had an issue with a sun tunnel we had installed and they made it right. They were one of the higher estimates - but I really liked the ventilation system and quality materials. I would not recommend just covering up your old roof with new shingles.
