'Front Street Coffe Shop' was at 134 E. Front Street. Originally it was 'People's State Bank.' Prior to the coffee shop it was 'Shield's Restaurant.' 'The Pickwicker' was also housed there. It also has Traverse City's lone remaining below-street-level' store, accessible by walk-down stairs from the sidewalk. Down there have been a Barber Shop and Beauty Salon, 'Flipside Records', and a head shop, among others.

Grand Traverse Grocer Co., in 1937, was on (then) Bay Street, where Hall Street ends. Fred D. Vos was the Pres/Mgr, while Wilson Sawyer was the Sec/Treas. The only thing I have found so far on Dinner Time Coffee is a reference to Flint, MI.
