Adrian Abergorci is an old cinema top end of Treorchy on the right hand side there are a few very good marshal arts clubs there as well

Trouble with most of these private gyms is lack of showers. Rhondda Sports Centre, Ystrad is the nearest place with half decent facilities.

There are gyms at: Treorchy Ind Est - Energetics (just past Lidl) Cwmparc Community Centre has one Treherbert Boys n Girls Club had one run by Active Nutrition, Martyn Broughton who offers various classes both in treherbert and his studio in Ton Pentre There are also classes in The Sportsyard in Ynyswen

Nice one Jo-Ann Adrian Bootcamp in Treherbert is HIIT training or Circuits there is also a gym with loose weights Jo-Ann has listed a few local come along tonight if you can then you can check out others as well I'm sure you would have s good welcome from them all there's lots going on in different places
