Sammy Haji was ours. He really worked hard and was on top of the market for us. In today's market you need someone who can be aggressive about finding the properties, willing to stay up late or rise early, keeps their tablet with them so they can show you others while you're out looking, is available to quickly show properties and be able to help you negotiate. This is a seller's market right now. Tons of people are trying to buy. We would sometimes be waiting outside of homes to see them because others were interested. A house can go on the market at 8 am and by 8:05 am have bids on it. We bid on 5 houses before purchasing ours which we closed on last month. I had one realtor who was unable to juggle us with her other clients and kind of disappeared when we discussed wanting to explore other options. Sammy stepped right in and after two weeks of working with him we had an accepted contract to our offer. That was the long answer to my recommendation of using Sammy. I can inbox you his info if your friend of a friend is interested after reading my review.
