Travel agent? You can probably book it quicker and easier online. I use travelocity.com, but there are plenty of other good sites as well. I just looked, the costs for two people to spend 4 days during the week goes from about $550 to OMG. At around $700, you can get some of the big name hotels. Or you could I-70 west. It's a good ways past Warrenton.

Hotels.com has pretty good deals. My roommate works there. He can take a round trip to Vegas for 30$

Go to homeaway.com. it is people renting out guest houses or condos. My co-worker did it when him and his wife went to San Diego and Hawaii.
