Positive experience to share! I went to see Candy Phillips at Blue Orchid for haircut and color today. She is super nice! and did a great job! My hair looks great! The salon is very nice too. So... If your stylist can't get you in for an appointment, or isn't open on your day off, or works too far away, or if you just want to try someone new, I highly recommend her!

it's not in Trussville, but I HIGHLY recommend Sheila Seraji at JC Penny Salon in the galleria. she has been cutting my naturally curly/thick hair for better than eight years. I can't comment on the color and highlights since I've never used those services, but I have no doubt she's great in those areas as well. 988-9606 is the number and ask for Sheila.

Robyn Dodson is the best ever!!!! Very reasonable and very experienced. In fact, she has a waiting list - but not for too long... I get 2 colors and a cut and it's $85.00!!! I have short hair, but she is very reasonable compared to others and it's a one-chair salon! Usually maybe one other person there... it's the old hotel on Hwy 11, turn behind where the Old Straw Hat used to be Salon 116. 999-0684! I'm picky too and like change!! She has been doing my hair now for over 3 years!! Love her!!
